What Megan Does
Megan isn’t a mind-reader, but she comes very close. She and her team collect and use data to analyze customer behavior patterns so that they can understand the impact of the website on CarMax overall. Megan looks for opportunities to improve the conversion of customers using the CarMax website.

Dedicated to Data
When a friend raved about the CarMax office environment, Megan checked it out and joined the team. Although much has changed in e-commerce, she has applied her degree and experience in marketing research and analytics to CarMax’s current trends and needs. She welcomes whatever the next ten years will bring.
